Cakewalk Home Studio 9 not recording

Don't know if I am posting this in the right place. I have Cakewalk HS 9.0 - Yea its old - anyway when I run my 4 -track to the line in on my computer to dump tracks I can hear the playback on the 4 track through the Computer head phone jack while cakewalk is on. When I arm the tracks and set the left and right to Audio to record I get nothing recorded. I still hear the tracks from the 4 track. Is there a setting in Cakewalk I am missing or something on the sound card I am missing?

It happens to me from time to time. Most of the time I forgot to exit out of the "punch in" mode.
 
Figured out that my Line in Volume in Record mode on the computer was on Mute so I could hear it but not record once I fixed that work like a charm thanks!
