I currently record on a BR8. I mix and then burn to cd by optical cable. I would like to purchase effects to help record and master such as compressor/limiter, aural exciter, the such. This could add up to a little cash.
After looking at SONAR it seems to include everything in the package that I am looking to buy for my BR8.
Ive got the CPU, and my wife bought me the Studiomix last year, so all I'd need is the sound card and the purchase of SONAR.
Any feedback from Cakewalk users from their experince would be appreciated in the decision making.
