I need to know how to adjust action on an accoustic guitar.......Too much buzz. Can I do it, or should I bring it to an expirienced guitar service man? How much do you think that'd cost?

Check out http://www.frets.com for lots of good info on acoustic guitar setup.
A reputable shop should be able to give your guitar a good setup for around $50.

Action is adjusted by a combination of nut slot filing and saddle sanding/shimming (to adjust the height of the saddle).

If there is alot of buzzing, the action might be too low, the relief is off, or there might be an uneven fret or two (or three!).

Take it to the shop!
