Bypassing preamps on saffire 40

Hey,

I have a focusrite saffire pro 40 and a golden age pre-73 preamp...

I wanted to connecnt the golden age to the saffire..but wasn't sure how to bypass the preamps on the saffire...and what levels would i set the golden age age at (both the mic input and the output).

does that bypass the preamp and not colour the sound ? whats the unity gain for saffire 40...or how do i find it:s

To bypass the preamp, simply turn the preamp levels down on the Saffire unit.
