Buying M-Powered set in Canada?

Hey everybody,

I've been looking into buying an m-audio fw410+protools m-powered software, and I've noticed that prices pretty much differ from country to country... A LOT.

The thing is, I have a friend in Canada, and was wondering if there are any Canadians here that could tell me where I could get this stuff the cheapest... pref. online, but if not... my friend lives around Kamloops, BC.

Well I got my M-audio Delta 44 at "Long & Mc Quade" and it wasn"t that much more than it was On Line or on e-bay ($175 + Tax) so you should be able to Pick this stuff up there for simular Prices as you would get it on Line and it probably work out about even because at Long & McQuade you don"t have to Pay for Shipping.....

Other than that i suggest you look On e-bay as you might find a Used one for Much cheaper than new.....

On e-bay the 410 with Protools Cost about $500 Canadian or about $325 without ProTools..

Doesn"t the 410 only have 2 Analogue Inputs (pluss S/pdif and Midi) ?? You can get something with more Inputs For less Money without sacrificeing quality Like a Delta 1010LT which should be about the same cost but have a Lot more Inputs.....
