yeah... so I recently bought a used DAW (a Boss Br-1180CD to be precise) on ebay. Supposedly it has been tested and everything works properly.
I have been able to record tracks, mix, and master without any problems, BUT... I have thus far been completely unsucessful in the area of actually burning CDs with this unit. I don't exactly know what speed/type of disc is necessary for this DAW. I've tried using some 52x CD-Rs, 48x CD-Rs, and 4x CD-RWs. All of them gave me the same error message: "disc read error".
What am i doing wrong? Or do i just have a lemon?
