Hello all...
I have Cubasis VST 2.0 running on my imac OSX (in "Classic" mode) and have made my first song with the digital software. Its saved and ready to burn onto a CD (Iomega zip 650). I have burned one CD as a MP3 format but how do I burn a regular format? I suppose using 'itunes' but I am in the dark and the manual with Cubasis doesnt explain how.
Thanks for your help....

Michael

I don't use Cubase and I'm not a MAC owner....

But use you should be able to choose your format for burning (considering the fact that you did burn a MP3 file). See is it possible for you to save it as an AIFF file or a WAV. file, then it should be able to convert it into a cda. file.

Wav format

Thanks for the replies..

Its offers either a MP3 or "AIFF"...I dont know if this is the standard format for music (some of my CD players wont play MP3 formats), or a Cubasis format...

Your software should convert the mp3 directly to the cda format. What you need to do is choose file, new, and select audio cd and not data cd. That will take care of the problem and create the cda format for you.
