Burining to CD

Has any one else had problems with buring to CD and buffer underuns?

I have had to slow down my burner to 2x speed just so that I can burn. (and I know that is bull shit)

On a reasonably fast system it's usually some other application rearing its ugly head at an inopportune moment.

On a slower system the "tuning" of the system comes into play.
Is your HD almost full, is it defragged..etc.
