Building a rack that will hold home equipment

How do I build a rack that can hold a vs880 table top equipment
like mini disk, CD recorder, cassette deck, etc.?

PS. And I want sliding shelves.

What you want is a very complicated process.

You dont need a rack. You need shelves. Just go down to home depot or wal mart.
