make a loop from a wire hanger, stretch panty hose over it, use electrical tape to attache to mic stand.

The funny thing is that this really does make one of the best sounding screens.
I used to have a selection made from differing thickness pantyhoses.
(good excuse when you're tracking - "please drop-em, I need a new pop-screen)

Sorry guys...
I've had a few ladies in my studio tell me they'd never sing in a particular studio again if they were ordered to sing in front of some stretched fabric that's been "Peezed" over some bohemoth's sweaty thighs... (**gag**)....

I can kind of see her point...

She said even a "new" set of hose can blow her whole "artist" thing...

If you're a pro... Do yourself a favor... Choke up the 15 to 30 and just get it over with...
