Hey man, don't you have a PreSonus VXP unit?
If so, email me...
Anyone else have a PreSonus preamp?

I almost exclusively use the VXP, unless I need to buss channels or something... about a year and a half ago, I was working with my synth - running it right to the board... sounded ok but not exceptional... and the patches were good. Just for fun I ran it to thru the VXP instead and I noticed somewhat more depth to the sound - not WOW! kind of difference, just more "something"... since then, I've used it as much as possible...tubedude said:Do you like the preamp (preamp only) in the Presonus better than the Mackie Pro's?
I'm getting the Mp20's because I want a few "filler" preamps that sound better than the Mackies, to go along with my RNMP pair and the Neve pair that I'm getting in January

Hmmm... the unit ADDS noise? And you think it's a plus???PeteAnon said:The unit adds on noise in the signal chain, which is also a nice plus when compared to some of the lower-end BlueTube, from what I've heard.
