broken VSTs... Anyway to scan for them..

As the title says I am wondering if there it anyway to scan a vst folder for corrupts ones ect... I have hundreds of vsts and half don't work any longer.. Thanks..
 
In Sonar 6.0 you get a warning when a VST is not up to snuff. I don't know about the newer versions.
 
I think there is no such thing. Whether a vst works or not is highly dependant on the DAW software that uses them.
