BR8 with harddrive?

Someone mentioned, on another forum, that there was a way to connect a hard-drive to a BR8. I'm aware of the 250meg zip upgrade, but a 20gig hard drive? Anyone hear of this?

I don't think it's possible. Somebody tried using a laptop drive and it didn't work than. I did the 250mb conversion, which is plenty of recording time for my demos.

I am not sure what you mean by 250MB conversion?

I've done some research the past few days. One guy tried to put a 750mb drive into his unit. He was not sucessful. Now he's having strange problems with his BR-8.

The BR-8's 100MB ZIP drive can be replaced with a 250MB drive. This will give you 15 mins of recording, using all 8 tks. You can read the info here: http://www.olywa.net/blame/mwn/br8-250.htm

It's very easy to do .
