I did a couple things on the BR1600 by myself, tell me what you think! I also have a link on my homepage to our band .http://www.soundclick.com/bands/pagemusic.cfm?bandID=538992

Hey KEVIN1600,

One thing I love about the Boss BR1600 is the clarity that you can achieve with clean guitar tones.
The guitars here sound very clear, however maybe a little too much effects on the guitars.
I couldn't really tell by listening on my pc speakers but I always like to pan the rhythm guitars hard left and hard right, it gives all the guitars more breathing space!

Nice playing KEVIN1600, I enjoyed my listen, especially hearing work that someone else has done using the Boss BR1600.

Thanx for sharing.........Nice work! :)

Gorty :)

Thanks gorty, yeah there's to much effects on there .I should have spent more time mixing it before I sold the BR1600.I just wanted to put something of mine up.I like your tunes too.We just got a new guy in the band and he owns a studio with Pro Tools that should be fun.www.fastrac.com

He sounds like a worthy addition to the band!!! :)

He has a producer guy with a degree run his pro tools studio for him. He played out with us friday after two practices and a tryout. Our bands more like a hobby to him ,at his job he has to be the boss. The guy that runs his studio said my live demo on the BR1600 sounded muddy which it does, but it got us some jobs.I had to do it fast so I could sell my machine to pay taxes.

I think this new guy is going to bring you a lot of fun and shed a lot of knowledge! :) :)

Thanks a lot, that's really different from what I do with Fastrac (the oldies band I play with). That's the guitar sounds that live inside the Boss BR1600 (GT6 type sounds). I think the one is a vibrato sound that I controled with the optional pedal. God I miss that Boss! I have many more things to post so stay tuned. Some are from Teac 3440 reel to reel, some from Tascam 488mk11- 8 track portastudio, some from the Boss BR1600, and some from my new ,old toy the Roland VS-880EX!
