br1200 hard drive maintenance

the br1200cd shares many features of the br1600cd
can someone help me with the hard drive maintenance requirements
ie: defrag.....cant find info

Optimize

It has an "optimize" function for that which is similar it's in the song window I think. Do it when you're done recording a song or you're running out of room. Look it up in the manual, it's real easy and it makes sense.
