There is a rumor that a software program for the BR-8 will be released soon that has the following features:
1. A data management tool that allows BR-8 users to store and manage song data on their Zip drive
equipped PCs, eliminating the need to continue to purchase Zip disks.
2. The ability to initialize Zip disks on your PC and utilize 250 mb Zips.
3. The ability to copy and paste BR-8 effects patches from one song to another.
4. Share BR-8 songs, tracks, and effects patches with other users via the internet, email and /or web site
down load. This software will be made available first to the members of a soon to be announced e group.
The release date is December 15th, 2000. The estimated cost is: $40.00
