Ok, I recorded my drummer. we did 12 songs. all in one session, same mic placements(except one time when the snare mic fell off its clip :) ). same levels for each song. OK?

I have the drum tracks to the first song mixed and engineered (eqing, compression, panning, effects)to my liking. Im ready to bounce to a stereo track.

I stored all these settings in a "scene" for this song. that way i can always go back to those scene settings, in case something gets changed by accident. sounds good so far right?

now a question for all of you. (finnally right)..................

how can i recall that "scene" for the other 11 songs?

It seems i can recall all the scenes i want within that one song, but i cant figure out how to get that scene to come up once I leave that first song and load up a new song.

I guess what im trying to ask is...how do i get that one scene from the first song i worked on to be able to be used "globally", in any song i load up.

I hope im making sense. i will call the roland support on monday, but thought if there was anyone out there this weekend that may know, it would save me some time from manually copying all those setting into each song. man that would take some time. The owners manual does not touch on this global setting question.

thanks for any help you may have for me

I have a BR-1600 too, and I don't think that you apply a 'scene' across all songs recorded.

Yep, the scene is saved WITH the song. I don't believe you can recall it for other songs! Might just have to go in and writed down each setting for that scene, then apply it to your other songs.
