Bouncing down.....???

I've read the manual to try to learn how to bounce all my tracks down to a stereo pair to burn onto CD for a finished product, but it doesn't seem to give me much information.....can anyone tell me how to go about doing this... Thanks. Greg.
ps, I'm also concerned about it being in 16 bit or not.

SX i'll presume

_specify the length of the mixdown (this can be done by selecting one track and press P, the mix will be as long as the selected track)

_go to file > export > audio Mixdown ( here you'll choose the bit you want to work with , and how it is to be saved and all that )

note: midi tracks have to be recorded as audio before mixdown for obvious reason
