Bounce midi tracks?

Do you mean export the audio output to an audio track? Yeah man, just do that. 
Not sure there is any other way but I am not a big MIDI guy.
You can bounce audio because it is audio. Midi is just notes running through a VSTi that creates audio. Export the audio from the VSTi and you have the same result I would assume.

Yes. But fuller versions of cubase have the freeze function and is nicer if you ever want to go back and tweak. Button looks like a snowflake.
