Boss GT6 controlling Amp?

Mixing and Mastering.
Is it possible to connect up the GT6 to an amp to change the channel on the amp at all (without using MIDI)?
I want to use my amp distortion but be able to switch channels on my amp using my GT6 rather than the channel selector that I got with my Marshall DSL50.

Thanks,
Eck

Somewhere in that Big thick manual should tell you for sure but I don't think you can. why not just buy a footswitch for the amp?

I have a GT-8, and my guess would be no. The only outputs are for an external loop, other than the regular stuff.

Agreed...get a footswitch for the amp.

Thanks for the replies guys.
I have a foot switch for my Marshall DSL50.
I was hoping I could assign certain patches on my GT6 to change the smp channels without the use of MIDI.

I found out you can do this with the GT8 I'm sure.
There is a connector at the back of the GT8 called "amp control"
All you do is plug the amp control on the GT8 to the amp control at the back of the amp.

I'm not sure how to set up changing the amp channel on patches.
