Boss BR 1200cd help

Hi, all. I just purchased a Boss BR 1200CD - my first multitrack recording device - and am am badly in need of assistance with its use. I have been told that there is a Boss digital recorder support forum (other than the one at this site), but can't find it. Anyone know a good resource for these devices? Thank you!

I don't understand you not getting a tutorial or manual with the Machine!

Did you buy it secondhand?....If so, get the manual off whoever you bought it from!
