Hi, I was just wondering if there were any good books on getting started promoting and booking an original band thats just getting started? The members of my band and myself are always stuck not knowing the ins and outs of booking, who to call, whether we need a manager, etc. I don't really need record contract stuff right now, we aren't that far along. Thanks for any help.
