I know it sounds a bit nuts but I really like the humerous element this boingy spring sound brings to Geregory Isaacs song not the way
Has anyone any idea how to do it please?

Problem solved guys.
Thanks for looking anyway and thanks to Mr Stainless for helping me solve this one.
It turns out to be a tapped, musical saw.
I can feel some experimentation coming on.
