Blue Snowball vs Audio technica At2020 (Please help)

Hey guys! i own the blue snowball but i want to upgrade but do not want to get a interface(Ik everybody will say i should get an interface)The blue snowball DOES NOT pickup My computer fan but im afraid if i get an at2020 it will pick up my fan. PLEASE HELp.

AT2020 won't pick up the fan as long as you don't have it cranked up way too loud. You can always move a few feet away from your computer if you have fan problems, but I highly doubt it will be a problem. And I know this isn't what you want to hear, but if you're considering upgrading you should really just take the plunge and get an interface. You'll thank yourself in the long run :)
