   SHEEEEEEEEEEESE!! John, couldn't you be quicker:D Ha! I knew better than to say something:rolleyes: Now I'm in deep shit. I'll probably never live this one down. Man, see how you are. Crap, can't even slip in the backdoor anymore:p .

Hehehe, I bet you read it already, huh John? Well,I just tryin to help. I just saw this magazine today, christ, they wanted $10 for it. Along with a new recording mag, and a couple of computer parts, there went a fast $50. ! Ha. Shit never ends. Studios are money pits with no bottom. One minute its a cassette deck the next thing you know its a NEVE console! Ha, in my wildest dreams.

Hey Bruce and John, I don't know if that article has any bearing at all here. I just glanced at it. Havn't had time to read it, let alone much of anything else, as I'm right at the get-go of remodeling my Moms house. Just plotted out the first "as built" drawings to submit for utility and easement verifications. I love Autocad 2002. I just email the files to the graphics house down the street, and by the time I get there, they are done.
Love it.

Well good luck with your project Bruce. Keep us posted. Its great stuff. Hey how about pics of details at your HVAC, and door/window stuff. And clean your camera:D
fitz:)

:D:D just a google search fitz - that's all, - I'd like to read the article though, can you scan it and post it and then everyone can ....oh!........hangon... it's............ COPYRIGHT!!!...well in this case it's COPYWRITE!!

cheers

Let me clarify that Bruce. I thought you were building your studio. I was wondering what part of it your working on today. You have your electronics tore down, right. Or do you. Is your old studio still up and running. Maybe thats where I'm confused.
The old one's gone -- all the gear is packed-up and stored.... just waiting for the new digs!

And I'm not building the studio myself - it's all contractors... this week they're into the doors/drywall - we thought flooring too but that proved to be ambitious... they've now drywalled the control room and interlock/corridor... they *hate* the angled walls - makes drywall cutting much more difficult! ;)

They should be getting the tracking rooms done today, otherwise early next week! I'll get some more pics for John's site this weekend though...

BRUCE,

Are you planning on upgrading your board ?

If so to what ?
