The vocal effect is on the harsh side, to me. Too much kick, even for this style. Snare sounds lovely, as does the pad sound under the whole thing. That bendy guitar was a bit harsh too. Few tweaks here and there, it sounds like. Nice melody and groove.

I disagree on the harsness. I think those tones are fine.
Andrew's probably right about the kick. It's pretty loud.
The wide panned hats got a little repetitive by the end. I might nudge those in a touch to make them stick out less.

I'd lower the kick a bit, otherwise seems fine. I think once the kick is lowered, mastering compression will help bring up some of the better qualities in the mix/instruments.

I would say it's ready. Personally, I'd like to hear the synth a bit less dark -- but that's just personal taste. I didn't mind the kick being loud. Overall the bass is a bit flabby though and the mix is a bit dull. Mastering can clean that up.
