I find everyone gets a lot less response to posted tunes than before. But I also notice there are alot more posts going up. Sometimes, a thread gets to page 2 within a few hours. It's not the fault of anyone...It's just the volume of posters.

By the way, I scrolled through your posting history. You, as far as I can see, have not posted anything in anyone else's threads, either. So maybe instead of whining about it like a little bitch, you should be looking at yourself in the mirror and realise you're just as bad as the people you complain about. And it's also the second time you start a thread along the lines of "hard to get help around here".

Boo frickin' hoo.......:(

I've posted in other poeples before. But theres not a lot of point as i dont have much knowledge to give, just an opinion which i have given before but isnt usually much use.

All opinions are welcome. It doesn't have to be technical advice. Just telling someone that a lyric doesn't seem to fit is helpful.

Having said that, that isn't the point. You can NOT post all you want. It's when you NOT post and then complain that everybody else is NOT posting in your threads that it gets a little....um....ironic, to be polite.

Agreed - opinions are welcome....and usually helpful as long as they come with some details...:D

Even offering that you like something helps. Responses depend on a wole pile of things - if your work has to be downloaded rather tham streamed I don't respond until I've watched & read. If your opening words are so or yeah etc I come back later. If I'm busy I don't even get on line. Reading, listening & offering opinion, comment, detail, suggestions establishes rapport with others and, totally apart from rep points, creates trust. Think of it as a bank - put in a little & it sits there, keep putting in & you get interest!!! Bank fees aside. I read, listened & responded for a few months before I posted. You also have to figure in time of day, day of the week, world events number of posts coming in and the ebb/flow of the more constant members of the forum.
There are OTHER forums. I happen to like the sense of community on this one.

I hang out in the clinic a lot. I listen to a lot of stuff but can't always respond right away and sometimes I forget to go back and leave a comment. But I'm pretty active I guess. I try to leave lots of feedback. I also don't recall ever seeing you leave anyone a comment or suggestion. Let's put 2 and 2 together and.................

Why are you guys working so hard at convincing him (?) to stay? I would be convincing him to leave.

Aren't all forums like that? Some threads get a lot of play..... Some don't. Don't know the reasons but that's just how it goes.
