Alright! :D

I Am wondering how do you correctly hook up your headphones when in the booth, so when the producer is in the control room he can hear live feedback loud and clear.

What piece of equiptment will do the job.

Also. Is there a proper way to use your headphones in the booth? What i meen is... Is there any Do's and Dont's (ex. Dont - Dont crank up your headphones so your mic picks up every detail in the instrumental)

Thank you!

A headphone amp comes to mind. Run that from an output on your soundcard and into the vocal booth.

If you're recording vocals, keep the phones volume low, or the singer will probably be out of tune. Don't know why this is true, but I'm walking proof. Well, I'm actually sitting, but you know what I mean.

Also, some singers are a little more comfortable with a touch of reverb on their voice in the phones.

Use closed back headphones with a snug seal to prevent leakage. If your vocalist has pitch problems, tell them to try taking the headphones off one ear. They will be better able to hear themselves.

You will probably need a 1/4inch extension to run the headphones from the booth to the headphone amp. You can get a 20ft one at radioshack for $8, dont get the coiled ones, they are a pain in the ass.
