Best sound effect collection

I want some sound effects for my music, and not the crappy ones you can download for free on the internet (though I do use some of the royalty free ones). What is an inexpensive but high quality set of sound effects that you'd recommend?

(I'm willing to pay in between 20 and 50 dollars)

"Decent" packages of RF SFX start in the thousands of $$$ (and up for collections like BBC, Sony, etc.). You aren't going to find anything but tired old garbage for $50. And certainly nothing for commercial use. $20-50 per sound non-exclusive licensing, maybe...
