Best place to buy used guitar equip. online

What do you feel is a good reliable place to buy used equipment online? Or if you don't feel that doing this sort of transaction online is prudent, do you look around at pawn shops? If not, where?
Or do people out there even buy used equipment? I need a JCM900 head by the end of next week and I've got about 600 bucks. I wont find that new.

you can always try e-bay, though they dont specialise in the products; get nice deals though.

I personally wouldn't buy a guitar that I couldn't try first; unless it was something like- 'this was jimi hendrix's guitar'.
 
Just my 2 cents..

..I've had very good luck with dealings through Ebay. There are of course a few obvious things to keep in mind. Like Krystof points out, you can't try before you buy, so you should have an intimate idea of the peice you're looking for from the onset.
Don't be shy about contacting the seller for details or better pictures. Can't sell what ya can't show, and it blows me away that folks will post a "70 sumthin' all origional strat in showroom condition - $3000!!" with no pictrures!
Security-wise, it's a drag that some legit sellers might be new and not have any feedback. Let somebody else build their rep for them. I also stay away from those that won't use paypal or some kind of banking system for payment. Once you send the money order, you're out of control.
Lot's of retailers and pawn brokers have found that Ebay gives them exposure that didn't exist before, and they're realizing good sales via volume rather than ripping out a few throats.
Lastly, if a deal seems to good to be true...........
