hi everyone,

im looking for that exactly...its gotta be cheap, easy to use and program, realistic drums are a must..totally straying out of those 80's drum sounds...

any sugestions?
i often hear about the alesis SR16, but its pretty old, so i figure there must something better out there nowadays...not to take anything away from the SR16, but if this drumming emulation thing has been keeping up with the rest of the budget industry, there must be something special out there..

many thanks in advance.

What do you consider cheap?

I consider a boss dr-5 cheap with a lot of what your asking for, They can be had for 300 to 350 bucks.

Will..

thanks...
cheap for me would be 150 tops...i can always search on ebay for something more expensive, looking for a deal on it...

will check out the boss..

i just checked out the dr5...seems a bit more than what i need...

i really didnt wanna spend a lot of time taking the sounds out of the machines..as easy to use as possible and realistic would be the main priorities..

sorry, maybe im reading the DR5 wrong, but it doesnt really seem like the thing i would plug and get some sounds out of it right away..

thanks anyway!

Will,

tanx..ill look into it...afraid it might sound too sterile though!
but i realize (believe me i do) i cant be too picky at the price im willin to spend...kind of wish there was something sleeping out there though..a well kept secret :D

tanx again!
