Yes. Soundclick is good, I use it.

I use Soundclick, Soundcloud ( has a limit before you have to pay) , Youtube all work

Just found out about audio.com which is also free and beyond all the normal formats allows you to auto upload recording within Audacity with the click of a button in Audacity...pretty cool
