looking to buy a multi track workstation. probable 16 tracks or tascam 2488. does anyone have opinions on who has the best onboard effects, roland, korg, akai, yamaha, tascam. also if you think all are crap, then what would you spend your money on as far as outboard effects. i'm a drummer and have no knowledge of guitar and vocal effects, so any input is welcome.
