Best budget mic for recording both clean guiltar and vocals ?

What mic would you recommend to be used for recording both electric guitar (mostly clean) and vocals ?

Now that would depend on what price range you call budget....some people would say a Wal-Mart mic is budget .....I would say a Shure sm-57 @ 79.00 would be good for both.... some people (Ed) might tell you you will need about $1000.00........

I would say about 100$ ...

What is the difference between the SM-57 and SM-58 ?
Do they have different purposes ?
