Sorry for being persistent, but I am trying to upgrade my system after ten years and I am getting stuck. Can somebody just tell me an AI that will work with both Sonar 8.5 producer and Windows 7 32 bit, and which has midi i/o? I was looking at M-Audio Fast Track Ultra but I am not sure if it's OK with W7 OS. I am getting kind of tired of scouring the Internet and coming up with nothing. If someone can tell me one that is compatible with this software/OS, I think I will just go ahead and buy it. Why don't the DAW manufacturer's (ie Cakewalk) simply supply a list of compatible hardware? It would make it so much easier... Thanks.
