I use the VAMP II on stage a lot. It's somewhat more intuitive than the POD. It produces a wide variety of clean sounds, but is more limited in terms of distortion than the POD. It's a really good box for the price. It's a big help to have digital volumes set in advance so I can switch songs at the touch of a pedal without messing with any other settings. The big plus is that its LED displays every setting on every preset, so you know how the sound was achieved at a glance, and editing and saving presets is child's play.-Richie
