Just an FYI-

I saw one of these at Mars this weekend and started laughing, so I had to play it.

100% Suck.

It sounded like playing a Zoom pedal through a set of headphones. Lots of settings, but they all sound bad. This has to go on my "Worst amps of all time" list!

it probablly blows up or catches on fire after an hour of use

Of course some folks like the sound of shards of broken glass in their ears.

You mean it has built in pyrotechnics too!! Damn, I'm getting one!

yeah it does, I think KISS used them on their farewell (aka- good ridance?????) tour

Behringer Amp

That's a shame.......I have a Behringer mixer in my home setup, and it's pretty nice,as other stuff I've seen by them.

Sometimes it gets hard to tell the sarcasm from the not-sarcasm in here.....

I'm in the market for a mixer (my first, really, as I've been using my Tascam 414's mixer capability), but I'm not getting a Behringer simply because of all the negative "press" it gets in here. Even if I bought one, I wouldn't admit it (which is pretty bad considering I admitted to using the Tascam 414 as my mixer). Also, I recently read someone's comment about using a Mackie as a door stop......It's the Mixim 10 for me.

If I've learned anything about this BBS:

- very useful information

- patience exists for us newbies

- DO NOT suggest anything positive about Behringer or Radio Shack

PS - Is there a market out there for an early eighties JCM 800 50 watt 2x12 combo? Sorry, wrong thread.
