Guitar sounds real good. Vocal is nice as well. When the piano comes in, it's a little distant. Just a personal preference but I'd have brought the bass in a lot earlier. Still, a very well crafted tune.
 
I totally agree, the piano is very distant, I'd bring it forward in the mix, and the bass would be very effective coming in on the first chorus.

Nice tune, I like it.
 
Nice voice, but I think you're pushing the compressor way too hard. I can hear a lot of mouth noises, sibilance, etc. Maybe try turning the vocals down a bit. I like them upfront, but this might be too close.

I don't mind the piano in the back like that. I think it can work either way.

Good sound on the acoustic.

Thanks for the feedback guys. As usual, all of you were right on, and I think I have a better track now for it. I updated the soundcloud with a new version. The changes are as follows

1. I did another take on vocals and comped in a line here and there
2. Redid the bass
3. Redid the piano, and brought it forward a little
4. I brought the threshold up on the compressor on the vocal track, and dropped the channel gain down by a couple db
5. Minor tweaks to the EQ on the guitar
