thanx

I've got the SP-303, I paid $175.00 NEW. I like it alot, except the memory is a little limited, although it accepts SmartMedia cards.

I have If I remember correctly there was a discussion about that very question a while back. Use the search function.

PS: I believe the main differences between the two are the number of effects and editing capabilities.

in a nutshell the 303 is way more advanced and an obvious choice.

but i *think* the 202 had portability in terms of operation from batteries?

i'm a long time 303 owner and have 2 friends who own them, they are great.

Hi Cylkk,
Do you know if there is any way to extend sample time beyond the [LONG]/[LO FI] options? (I'm talking per sample, not total sample time on a memory card)

and... hoe bout' pioneer EFX 500 is it a good ef processor or is there a better one? were can i get a cheaper and used Boss DR sampel SP303 for that price ? can you help me out with one?

when is it coming out and what would be it's price... give some reviews since i ahven't heard of it before, what are some pos and if it has cons... compared to the other SP 202 and Sp 303. thanks

in september....at about 370 or so.

It's basically a sp303 with compactflash support up to 1GB, and it can run 6 hours on 6 AA batteries... wich was kinda like the missing link with the sp303

forget the 202, it doesn't have a sequencer.

i just watch a demo of it and it is cool but it looks like there is too much changes from the sp 303 just the 5 min sampling and the 1 gb thing.. it looks like the sp 303 is irreplaceble.... is the korg Es-1 better?

yeah but you gotta admit it...the battery powered thing is crazy!

where did you watch the demo?

I saw it on the roland site..not TOO informational :(

still want one though
