They're probably hidden. To the left of the faders you should see some icons. See if any of them are lit. If they are, click on them. The topmost icon hides/shows the inputs and the second from the bottom does the same for the outputs. Alternately, from the "Devices" menu open Mixer 3 (if it's there in your version). It's the same mixer, different view.
