Hi guys - I just had a bad computer crash & lost a lot. any thoughts about the best [& simple] back up system? I have a CDRW built in, but it hasn't worked that great. Should I get an external hard drive? or DVDRW? Thanks

Easiest, cheapest is just get another internal hard drive. When it fills up, take it out, store it somewhere safe and throw another one in there.

Of course there's always a chance the backup drive will go on the fritz as well, but chances of that happening at the same time as your primary drive are miniscule.

Ultimate Backuuuup!

The backup I prefer is to go ahead and ghost your hard drive and then create a folder called "backup" to keep everything backup worthy in it. Then just keep an updated backup of it.
