yeah, the prison is full of guys thinking they were smarter than everyone else.
 
well, if i happen to be going to texas tomorrow, ill stop by his house, kick his ass, take his avalon, and grab his wallet and make sure everyone gets there stolen money back...

of course, imma need a large metal tool, such as a shovel or a crowbar, and possibly a step stool. darn, cant get those on the airplane anymore....

I didnt get lose any money, i just feel like crackin' skulls.

its a long, sad, story that reflects on my mental instibility and clinical depression. i would feel good if beat someone up...

HE IS NOT GOING TO SEE THIS IN THE NEXT 24 HRS. I told you i think he goes to a friends house to get online. Do you NEED your $125 or are you just looking for blood? Its a small world. Thru past mistakes i have learend the most important rule in life: What goes around comes around. If he intended to "rip you off" he will get whats coming to him. If you go "kicking his ass" as one young person said you guys might be sharing the same cell. I just know i am not going to let him steal my energy and raise my blood pressure over $125.

Have you even called his phone number yet? I have posted it more than once. ;)

And dont worry no one on her is going to buy his avalon. If i were him i would take the avalon to the pawn shop sell it for $700(they give you half of its value and would prob put a $1400 sticker on it) give the 2 people back their $125 and cut your losses with $400 in your pocket.

I dont think this guy is a thug. If you go to his myspace you will see a pic of him pointing a glock at the camera. If you look between his index and middle finger you will see no gap. If he were truly holding a gun the trigger guard on it would have put a gap between his 2 fingers or at least an indent between them(photoshop). This is just a kid who needs to pay back a few people. Not to mention his hand would be spread out more from the fat grip that a glock has. I am sure he is just looking for Fame, money, an a few woman. If he did ever "make it" he would need to use our "pro" level recording studio's. He better think before burning to many bridges. :rolleyes:
 
If he truly is a guy who has to pay a few people back, and intends to do so, he would contact said people.

You take money and don't deliver, you ripped off the seller. That simple. No ifs and or buts. We don't care why he ripped someone off, we know he did and hence will not buy anything from him.

Until then he's a thief.

You are officially one of two things: 1) An accomplice to the online piracy being perpetrated here; 2) The most ignorant person on the face of the planet.

FACT - young Todderick posted a mic for sale
FACT - the mic was purchased for $125 and the transaction was completed via Paypal
FACT - Mr. "Ragsdale" accepted the payment, therefore binding him to a contract
FACT - the microphone was never received
FACT - MANY attempts were made to contact Todderick to no avail
FACT - Paypal found in my favor; however, no funds could be returned because the seller closed out his account
FACT - I would still accept the microphone or a refund
FACT - I have never heard a single word from Todderick

So, jackass....any words of wisdom you'd like to share with us about how this guy is just "gettin' his" cause he needs to make ends meet??? Did he have a tragic childhood which led to his fraudulent tactics??? I am hardly a sympathizers. This guy is hardly a rapist or child molester(those people can be fixed with a nice set of hedge trimmers). At the same time i refuse to throw stones until he actualy calls him. Their is a chance this guy will say "I am sorry things were tough for me and i will pay you back". If the guy says "Fuck you, I robbed your ass" and hangs up then we can get the law involved(and here is a hint record the call). What i have done is played the devil's advocate and at the same time given you all the info on this guy that i can(except his mother's maiden name). In return i get called a nieve moron. I am thru helping you until you help yourself Magnum PI :rolleyes: With a name like Magnum PI i thought you would have figured this out by now. Better go ask Higgins for advice(dry humor)or better yet...... Call the guy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Your only communication to him has been thru emails, So dont say you have tried everything in your power to get ahold of him. For all you know your emails went strait into his spam and got deleted. If he says "fuck you" i will join your side. His paypal account got shut down so their is a chance he didnt even get your money(but still owes it to you since you paid for nothing). Anyway CALL HIM(ON A PHONE)AND FIND OUT THE TRUTH. If you talk to him without screaming and threatening the guy you may even get your money back.

He shouldn't have to call the guy to get him to either refund the money or deliver the goods. Clearly this guy has been accessing his computer, and he's even taken the time to draw up a sign for you, take a picture of the himself with the Avalon, load it into his computer, and email it to you. So we know he's been using his email, and seen anything sent to him. What good does a phone call do in this situation?

When I was ripped off a couple years back, the guy talked to me on the phone and also talked to the police officer who handled my case, and then after the police officer called him on that number, the phone was never answered or used again. My guess, throw away phone from WalMart, which was thrown away once the police called him.

People would be absolute fools to get involved with this guy either in person or over the internet. You never know what's going to happen when you show up at this dude's house with $1200. Big crimes are usually preceded by smaller ones. Grand theft is a felony, and is a rather big crime. Clearly this is a person with some real problem, who surely must be somewhat desperate to be committing a rather hefty crime.

$1000 for this is just too good a deal. Don't be fooled.
 
I am just here to stir the water until people get paid back. It is quite clear this guy took money. It is even more clear that no one here is going to send him money or meet him in a dark alley with money only to get jumped by his friends. I was trying to apeal to MR. Rags to do the right thing or get more charges put on him. Kind of like when a little kid steals from a gas station. The owner says "are you going to give that back or do i need to call the cops". I mean come on the guy changed his name in here!!!! We all know whats going on. I was just giving mr rags a chance to give back the candy before he fucks up his life even more. Sometimes that method works, and sometimes you gotta bitch slap that little fucker. We dont know the right path until someone calls him.(and calls him out) :D
I do know sometimes the owner jumps the counter and tries to chase the little kid down only to lose his merchandise. That method gets you nowhere. I was thinking mr rags was prob following this thread(to get money) and i was giving him a hint
to do the right thing.
