As promised, I recorded this Jim Croce tune for you all to hear what the AD2022 sounds like. I used an Audio Technica 4033 for vocals, and a Peluso CEMC6 mic for guitar. I have been trying to minimize noise in my recordings, placing the computer in a nearby closet, and tweaking the settings in the software. I am using the E-MU 1212m sound card.

Anyway, here it is:

AD2022 Guitar/Vocals

sounds great! Have you noticed a big difference in your recordings?

Big difference:

1.) I hear more of my voice.
2.) The recordings don't sound as flat as they used to at lower volumes
3.) The recordings sound much better at a distance away form the speakers, in the next room, etc.
4.) More balance, fuller sound, cleaner

Basically, I hear so much more in a way that pleases my ear, and sounds more true and accurate.

Sounds good, but it would be nice hear an A/B comparison if you have a recording with your old pre.
