My soundtracs solo 24 mixer has 6 aux sends and returns. I've got 3 effects processors in my rack that I want to wire into the Aux. I've done this on numerous occasions with previous mixers but I can't seem to figure it out on this console.
For Example.....I've got a lexicon unit I want to hook into Aux 1. So i go from the Left out of the lexicon to the aux 1 input and from the stereo Return 1 out to the Lexicon input.
Setup this way I get signal to the lexicon but im only getting Effects on the left side of my mix. The stereo Return has a Pan knob as well. When I pan hard left the effect stays on. When I pan Hard right I get no effect. Panned Center I only get effects on the left side. I've tried this with my other 2 units as well and Im having the same problem.
My question is this....Is it possible that the Aux 1 input jack is a true stereo jack or TRS? I don't have a manual so I can't check and see but has anyone ever heard of a mixer being that way? My last mixer you had to use 2 aux if you wanted to do true stereo effects.
It is used so its possible that the aux are damaged but it doesn't seem likely to me that all 6 aux would be messed up in the same way.
Any thoughts or help greatly appreciated.
