Hi there Vs users. I'm new to this forum. I have a Roland vs 1680 X-panded since a couple of months. I tried to use the automix function. I did it "by the book", but it doesn't work properly.
I make scenes; intro, verse.chorus ect, and I use the "scene+tab" funtion to write the automix. Some functions are not played back (channel on/off- efx on/of and more).
Can anyone tell me what to do?

That's true - not all functions are really done by automix. Read the beginning of the automix chapter in your manual and they write what CAN be done. Everything except that cannot be done.

But my last mix was quite nice through this 'feature'. I was always a little afraid of using too much low end for the bass as not to have it fight the kick drum. So I used more low end in an intro than I would normally and then faded the bass a little lower and wanted to EQ some low end out... The low end has stayed in, and the sound is MUCH better
