Auto Saving

Is there a way to automatically save your session every 10minutes or so and keep the latest 5 or so on hand.

This was a feature that really impressed me in Pro-Tools.

If i could do this in Reaper that would top it off.

I think you can do that in 'Preferences'.? Sounds familiar.
