audiophile 2496 help.......

i have an audiophile 2496......and a behringer ub802.....and i hooked them up together and i get sound but it's muffled........it sounds as if the treble is turned down..........i also have a behringer preamp (mic2200).......if n e 1 knows what the problem could be pleeze help

Tell me how you have it hooked up as far as inputs and outputs.
