AudioGram 3 Problem!! Help!

IVe had my audiogram 3 for about a month and i cant seem to figure out how to mute the vocals from coming thru the mic and to the computer. i only want to hear the vocals when im recording or when im monitoring the mic. but i cant seem to stop it from going thru, and on the audiogram you have the mic vol control and the vocals still go thru even do i lower the levels all the way down. the only way is turning off the mic. CAn some one help?

Are you listening through the Audiograms output? If that's the case the issue you're going to have is that the Audiogram has hard wired direct monitoring.. It's the same problem I'm having.
