I bought this for my Canon HF20 camcorder and I have the xlr to mini
cable that delivers the stereo signal to the camera.

Ok now I want to use it as an overhead for recording drums.

How do I get a stereo signal to my presonus firepod? I assume a reg
mic cable will turn the signal into a mono signal?

Its got a 1/8" stereo out...I have one just plugged into the soundcard for voice chatting...I dont use it with a camcorder anymore...I like the Zoom H2 best for that nowdays.
