I'm not a big fan or the AT 20 series.
Take a look at the MXL V67g for a microphone. With a M-Audio DMP3preamp. ;)

These are good choices except the DMP3 is preamp only. Not sure if the op looked at the Fast Trac because they need preamp/interface?

OK, reread the original post and the op did say they need interface.

I personally am just not a fan of anything M-audio. Have a look at the Presonus stuff and see if any of thoses interface blows your whistle.

Yup! I was just commenting on the microphone and the possibility of adding a preamp with it.
An other choice for a preamp would be the Golden Age pre73!
